Fragrance Type: Scented candle.
Fragrance Notes: Peach, Cranberry, Apple, Brazilian Orange, Pear, Pineapple, Cucumber, Geranium, Jasmine, Rose, Almond, Caramel, Camphor.
Burn Time: Share up to 45 hours of happiness and joy.
Ingredients: Handcrafted with sustainably sourced natural soy wax blend for a guilt-free indulgence, high quality concentrated parfum oils, and a lead-free cotton wick for an eco-friendly and clean burn.
Burning Instructions: Remove any packaging before lighting. Trim wick to 0.6 cm (1/4”) before each relighting. Keep candle free of any foreign materials including matches and wick trimmings. Never allow wick trimmings to accumulate in candle. Only burn the candle on a level, fire resistant surface. If flame grows too large during burning, extinguish candle, allow wax to cool. Hold candle upside down and trim wick to 0.6 cm (1/4”), allowing wick trimmings to fall away from candle.
WARNING: Do not keep burning while unattended. To prevent fire and serious injury: Burn candle within sight, away from things that catch fire, children, and pets. Do not burn candle for more than 4 hours at a time. Stop use when only 0.6 cm (1/4”) of wax remains.

RETURN & REFUND POLICY
Customers can return damaged/wrong/faulty item (apart from complimentary items) with proof of purchase within 7 days of receipt date for a refund of that item. However, this is subject to the discretion of the Manager and is subject to the restrictions and conditions below. Any delay will not be entertained, and item(s) will be returned to the customers.
We take great measures to ensure our product quality but sometimes things go wrong during delivery. Please help us take a photo of your item (the part that is faulty) and include a short description along with your order ID or receipt number and email to hello@fammyfaey.com. We will exchange your item for a new one and we will bear all delivery cost to return the faulty product to us (in the form of cash voucher) and resend the new product to you. In the event your faulty item is out of stock, we will reimburse you monetary refund or replace with another code which has same value of total faulty/damage item received.
FÁMMY FÆY will only accept item in its original condition, and cannot accept item that is not in its original packaging or has been worn or altered. This policy may change from time to time where we consider it necessary to do so. This does not affect your statutory rights. FÁMMY FÆY will not be responsible for returns that do not reach us and hence, we recommend you insure your parcel for its appropriate value. We will then ship the correct/non-defect item back to you at no additional cost. We will be responsible for the returning shipping fee and the shipping fee from you to FÁMMY FÆY. The address to return the damaged/wrong/faulty item will be provided once you contact us.

We offer exchange on items found to be defective due to our fault. Defect(s) caused by the fault of third party or customer’s fault cannot be exchanged.
We have made every effort to display, as accurately as possible, the colours of our products that appear at the Site. However, as the actual colours you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any colour will be accurate. The position of pattern/design may slightly be different from what you see (example: the position of the flowers may appear at different places).
Please note that there may be a slight difference between our written size measurements and the actual product measurements and this variance will not be considered as a defect.
